How do I finish off my drywall?

I put up the frame and drywall is in place. Joint compound is completed between joints. Before adding paint, do I need to add joint compound to the entire drywall and sand or can I just use a drywall primer, let dry, then paint? I purchased Glidden PVA Drywall Primer. Thanks!

How do I move a conduit box after drywall installation?

How do I repair drywall in my bathroom that has started to deteriorate from moisture?

Who is legally responsible for drywall settling in the ceiling of my condo?

I live on the third floor of a condo with flex core. The first two floors have concrete ceilings, but since I’m on the third floor, my ceiling has drywall with an attic above. Over the years, the drywall has settled pretty badly, and there are cracks all over the ceiling of the condo. Am I responsible for the ceiling or is the condo association?

Should I fix the drywall that will be covered by floorboards anyway?

I have been remodeling my living room. The walls were a mess. After removing the wallpaper and fixing any holes, I’m just about ready for painting. However, I have left some bad spaces in the wallboard/drywall that I feel are unnecessary to fix since they will be covered with floorboards. My husband disagrees.

Should I fix the small holes in the drywall at the very bottom, even if they will get covered with floorboards?
