Where would I find a place to buy a front load dumpster? And does anyone know any costs for a 6-8 yard one?

Thanks
Our city is responsible for collecting our trash. We are trying to purchase one to save money vs renting a dumpster.

Who is legally responsible for drywall settling in the ceiling of my condo?

I live on the third floor of a condo with flex core. The first two floors have concrete ceilings, but since I’m on the third floor, my ceiling has drywall with an attic above. Over the years, the drywall has settled pretty badly, and there are cracks all over the ceiling of the condo. Am I responsible for the ceiling or is the condo association?

Who’s responsible? Repairing a leak and drywall?

Thank you for your help in advance. I own a condo. There is a unit below me. Unknowingly my dishwasher caused a leak that soaked through my floor under the dishwasher and their ceiling in the unit below. The leak was not visible in my unit until the dishwasher was moved. The renters of the unit contacted a contractor through the home owners association. The contractors cut about a 16′ x 16′ hole in their ceiling to see where the leak was coming from. The contractor checked my unit and determined that the cause was my dishwasher. I was told through the condo association that I had to repair the leak and ceiling. I have since had the dishwasher repaired ($85 to check out the issue and another $85 to fix it). There is no more leak. And have paid a contractor $375 to repair the dry wall that they cut out of their ceiling. The issue is who is really responsible for fixing their dry wall? And is painting the ceiling a cosmetic issue rather than a necessity? The owners of the unit is stating that the paint is included in the deal. My concern is cost, necessity, and is this really my responsibility to begin with if they hired a contractor on their own to cut their dry wall?

Hopefully this is clear enough. I appreciate your help.
Thank you.
