What reputable health insurance companies are out there?

My mom doesn’t have health insurance and my job doesn’t give insurance to family members.

I would like to pay monthly to a health insurance company so my mom could get health check up when she needs it.

Do you know any health insurance companies that can accept low monthly payments since I don’t get paid that much?
We live in northern california.

How to hang/finish drywall?

Ok, my uncle started to re-due my grandma’s house shortly before he moved out, well when my grandma passed away my mom bought the house, now I need to know how to finish doing what he started. So he started to hang drywall, and it’s basically finished, but around the windows there is no installation, and no framing, how do I securely install all of this? I can’t find anything on it, also is there a certain type of paint or finish you have to put on drywall before you can paint, and everything else, Thanks!

Paint peeling off walls that are not drywall?

Here is the deal, my mom’s living room does not have drywall. It appears the inside walls are concrete of some type. When painted the idiots did not use a sealer resuting in the paint now peeling off to the bare concrete. Do i need to remove all of the paint ? Or can i use drywall compound and feather it to cover these areas then prime then paint? I really need some help here.

Home remodel question?

We need to get our home remodeled, what we need most of all is new floors. Me and my mom want to take down panelling,which makes our living room look like a home from 1972, have workers put in a drywall, and all laminate wooden floors,which is cheaper than real wood floors.The problem is we don’t have thousands and thousands of dollars to do this and our credit isn’t that good is there any home repair contractors that will work with folks like us?
