The previous owner of our house on North Brunswick, NJ gave us the pleasure of cleaning up a lot of stored trash behind the garage. It is like metal scraps, bricks, old mattress, etc. I am trying to rent one of those big dumpsters/containers but cannot seem to locate one. Anybody have any ideas. Again, I live in North Brunswick, New Jersey.

Go to yellow pages in phone book look up trash, garbage or waste you’ll find a phone number.
Also you can call your chamber of commerce in your local town and they’ll give you a referral.
You could just pay a contractor to remove the waste for you, and let them worry about dealing with getting a container, if not, then just call any contractor, ask them for a container companys’ contact info. If you do it yourself, you will need a permit for the dumpster if you will have it on the street/sidewalk, they will give you a ticket everyday for it !
Have your tried calling the city. In my area the city will bring out a dumpster for one week, for a fee of course, and you can load it and then they will pick up. In my area they add it to your monthly bill. Hope this helps and good luck.
Look at any dumpster at any business.
The name and maybe phone number is there. Some are Industrial only.
Otherwise look in the Yellow Pages for Waste or Waste Disposal.
You may look in the Classified of the newspaper and find an individual with a truck, willing to haul off waste.
Dumpsters are charged for delivery, pick up, and dumping fees, by weight.
A private individual has to charge for dumping also, plus his fees.
look on the side of a dumpster they have numbers there.
Look in the phone book under waste, garbage, etc.
Or try 1-800-got junk. They bring dumpsters to you.
